When we first set out to find a home builder, we didn’t know what we were in for. We ran into builders that were either charging way too much for all the features we wanted or some that wouldn’t even return
our calls. We were on the verge of giving up on the idea of building until we had an acquaintance of ours recommend Titanium Homes. They were upfront with all the costs and made us feel comfortable throughout
the planning process. Once we broke ground we found ourselves making many changes during the whole construction of the home. We never felt like we were being held hostage with excessive fees and extra charges,
as we have heard from friends whom have built before, that this is common with other builders.
The one thing that I really felt made the experience easy was that they only build a limited number of homes so that attention is closely paid to our individual project. Their philosophy is that a home shouldn’t
be built behind a desk. With Titanium Homes we would either talk to Rui or Liz regarding details for our build so it was reassuring that our requests weren’t getting lost in a long chain of command. When
we interviewed other builders we would be talking to 1 of 4-5 people, sometimes more, and the scary thing was they all had different answers to our questions.
From the framing to the finishing we found that the trades people had a fine eye for detail and that all translated in the finished product we moved into. It’s good to see that craftsmanship still exists in
an industry flooded with “get it done as fast and as cheap as you can” or “that’s good enough, the client will never notice”. I recall on one site visit, the tile crew were removing some tile that appeared
to have been laid a few days before. When I asked why they were doing this they explained that a trade had misread the sign that they left and accidentally walked on the tile before curing. The damage had
to be pointed out and I would have never noticed but they were not happy with it and proceeded to replace the effected tiles.
The finished product speaks volumes of what a true custom home builder can produce. We are currently planning to up size to our second new home and we wouldn’t think of picking any other builder to construct

My husband and I were facing some home buying decision because of our growing family… Were we to buy an already built, bigger home, then what we currently had, or build something bigger to suit our growing needs?
We had an 11 month old at the time and another on the way, so time constraints were looming over head. Luckily for us, we came across a home that was in the beginning stages of being built by Titanium Homes.
We then had the pleasure of meeting Rui, Liz (and their daughter Britney) Chaves who made up the Titanium team and we immediately felt a connection not only to the home (with only studs for walls) but to
them as well. We knew that it was meant to be and that the Chaves family would help us accomplish our growing needs of getting our family into a beautiful home, meant just for us.
Throughout the entire process, Rui and Liz were always available to answer question, or simply to meet us at the house so we could take a peek at the progress. They were extremely accommodating and up front
about the entire building process as a whole. Not only did they work hard to give us a stylish home, they also handed us the keys on our agreed upon procession date – which for many whom have built before
know, is almost always unheard of. No delays, no pushed back possession dates. It made moving while being 6 months pregnant and with a then 15 month old, so much LESS stressful

If I had to describe our experience with Titanium Homes in one word it would be “details”. The Trim work was flawless and the framer was very personable and listened to some of our odd ideas. Rui would then
huddle over the blueprints with the framer and figure out a way to make it happen. 3 days later I was given a 3D rough draft of what I had envisioned along with an estimate for the change, which was actually
allot less than I expected. The majority of the upgrades I had made throughout the build were usually offered to me at cost and I would know this as my son works in the construction supply industry.
Titanium Homes really know the true definition of a custom home. They would allow us to use materials that we supplied and would guide us away from costly mistakes that may have been made had we chosen to do
something that we thought was acceptable. We have referred them to other family members that have built with them and they experienced the same thing that we have.
In all, with all these other builders developing a bad image, it makes it easy for Titanium Homes to shine. Good work and thanks again for the little “details” that made the difference!
